 Do I need to be fit to start Tae Kwon Do?

There is no need to get fit to start Taekwondo. When you start at white belt, you will be gently introduce you to basic, low level activities. As you progress through the grades/belts, not only will your Taekwondo skills grow and improve, your fitness levels will too. Most importantly, the improvement in your fitness levels are dictated at your own pace, with encouragement and coaching from your instructor.
