Safeguarding Policy

Jackson White Taekwondo Schools teaches the art of Taekwondo which can and does have a very powerful and positive influence on people – especially young people and adults at risk. Not only can Taekwondo provide opportunities for enjoyment and achievement, it can also develop valuable qualities and life skills such as confidence, self-esteem, leadership and teamwork. These positive effects can only take place if Taekwondo is practiced in a safe, well-regulated environment.

Jackson White Taekwondo School has the welfare of all young people and adults at risk first at the forefront of everything it does and adopts practices that support, protect and empower them. In order to ensure that Jackson White Taekwondo Schools provides a safe learning environment for all of its members, Guild lines and policies from the British Taekwondo Council are strictly adhered to. These policies can be downloaded from the links towards the bottom of this page.
